About the CompanyLeptis Magna Tourism & Travel, based in Istanbul, Turkey, proudly operates in partnership with our Libyan branch Safer Al-Diwan Tourism & Travel.We are a cooperative travel management agency, dedicated to providing exceptional service and value to our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Istanbul for a Reservations AgentThe Reservations Agent will primarily handle booking and reservation processes, provide exceptional customer service, and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and emailDay-to-day responsibilities include maintaining reservation records, coordinating with customers to confirm booking details, and assisting with cancellations or modifications as requiredAdditional tasks include contributing to smooth front desk operations and supporting the sales team where necessary.QualificationsStrong skills in Reservations and Customer ServiceExcellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilitiesOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask efficientlyProficiency in using booking and reservation management software SEJOUR -IRIX -WEBBEDFluency in English and-or multiple languages is advantageousPrevious experience in the tourism or travel industry is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or travel-related fields is preferredIndustry.Travel ArrangementsEmployment TypeFull-time
