Protan Turkey is an international company producing roofing and tunnel membranesThe company is a subsidiary of Protan AS Group, a Norwegian industry group that is a world leader in membrane technologyWe develop and supply membranes, roof systems, ventilation systems and technical textilesOur head office is in Drammen, Norway, and we have more than 800 employees in 15 countries, and a total turnover in excess of EUR 180K.We are now establishing a new plant and business in Turkey, Gebze for production and sale of roof and tunnel membranes.We are looking for a Process Engineer who will work on the monitoring and development of processes and processes of our factory in Gebze.Skills and Qualifications: Graduted from Mechanical, Chemical, Industry or Metallurgical-Material Engineering departmentsAble to communicate in English; Verbal and in writingPreferably with experince in production of plastic processing facilitiesExtrusion preferred.No standig military obligation for male candidatesResult oriented, analytical thinking and problem solving attitudeStrong knowledge of engineering principles, mathematics, and manufacturing systems.Knowledge at ERP systemsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.Preferably from Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca locationsJob Description :Develop, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and maximize product quality.Create process flow diagrams and other technical documentation.Research and introduce new technologies or materials to improve process performance.Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.Identify and solve technical problems related to the manufacturing process, equipment malfunctions, or product quality.Ensure that the production processes comply with regulatory standards and quality specifications.Monitor quality assurance procedures and participate in audits or inspections.Implement process control systems to monitor and maintain consistent product quality.Work to reduce costs by improving process efficiency, minimizing material waste, and optimizing energy usage.Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain.Ensure that the manufacturing process complies with safety regulations and best practices.Document process changes, optimization strategies, and performance data.Provide regular reports on process performance, cost-saving initiatives, and project status.
