  What awaits you in this roleWe are looking for a passionate Lead - SC Process & System Development join our team at Supply Chain DirectorateUnderstand the business’ expectations, and provide appropriate solutions using best-in-class technologies and techniquesRedesign the processes under his-her responsibility with a global approach and in alignment with Supply Chain strategies and targetsAssess and prioritize new business requirements Change Requests within the global organization considering IT effort, budget requirement, and total benefitUse alternative solutions such as Statistical Modeling , AI , BI Tools and RPA technology while developing the processes and systemsLead global digitalization and digital transformation projects in coordination with IT teams and other stakeholders, including change management activities for successful integrationLead the Benchmark and R&D activities together with business owners to sustain a growth mindsetBe a first point of contact for internal and external parties, and represent Supply Chain DirectorateLead and design Learning & Development activities across the global Supply Chain teamsSet and deploy the yearly targets for the global Supply Chain organization, and frequently control the overall progress-completion ratioDevelop and execute the global Supply Chain strategy aligned with the Beko Global growth targets How do we describe the perfect fitA Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is requiredA Master s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Engineering Management is preferredKnowledge of Supply Chain processes and systems is a mustHaving experience in warehouse & logistics management is a plusPrevious experience in implementing supply chain systems is a plusHaving experience in project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile-Scrum, Lean, PRINCE2 etcAnd using Jira is a plusExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essentialDemonstrates superior project management capabilities, including to-do list tracking, frequent reporting, compliance with the project time plan, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and effective communication with all levelsPossesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive can-do attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP TM-MM modules is highly preferredExperience in developing data-driven visualizations, Qlik Sense usage is a plusActively monitor market trends and demonstrate a keen interest in exploring new technologiesAbility to think creatively and approach challenges with an innovative mindsetOpen to learning new concepts and perspectives, fostering a culture of innovationA dedicated team player with a self-motivated and initiative-driven approachNo restrictions for traveling domestic and abroad
