  What awaits you in this role?We are looking for a passionate Lead - Embedded Software Engineer Induction who will join our team at R&D Directorate in BekoIn this role, you are responsible for research and development from concept ideation through product launchSpecific activities will include design, test, and validation of power electronic-based productsYou will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional development teams as a contributor, leader, and subject matter expertImprove and maintain induction control algorithms embedded in our products globally.Develop, improve, and maintain embedded induction cooking technology software architecture to ensure reliable and efficient execution of induction cookers.Use appropriate tools and test methods to ensure fully functional and robust induction cooking software prior to integration into platforms.Plan induction technology and control activities aligned with project needs and timing.Work with production plant and platform engineers to drive appropriate tradeoffs to deliver subsystem-level attribute targets.Lead and coordinate R&D initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies, improve existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that push the boundaries of current home appliance capabilities.Collaborate across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutionsDrive innovation by filing patents for novel designs and technologies, and authoring research papers to share findings with the industry.Strong understanding of Cortex M series architecture and microcontroller peripherals to develop efficient and reliable embedded solutionsPosition located in Çayırova, IstanbulHow do we describe a perfect matchBachelor s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Computer EngineeringMaster or PhD preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in embedded C programming and debugging tools preferably in white goods-automotive-consumer electronics industry.Familiarity with MATLAB -Simulink toolsSelf-motivated and a capability for working to a high level of detail and accuracy with an excellent working knowledge of modern microcontroller designsFamiliarity with agile software development methodologies and practicesWilling to research new technologies and new generations of microcontrollers.General competency in periphery disciplines electronics, electromagnetics, power electronicsFMEA, requirements management, project management, problem-solving methodologies, and tools.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a research-driven mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.
