Your journey to the future starts here!At Istanbul Sabiha Gokçen International Airport, we work every day to ensure the safe and comfortable travel of thousands of passengersBut the real journey begins with your career.We are seeking an experienced Compliance Chief to join our team at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International AirportIn this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and internal policiesYou will play a vital role in safeguarding our organization s integrity, mitigating compliance risks, and fostering a culture of ethics and accountability across all departments.Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all company activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, regulatory authority rules, and internal policies-proceduresIdentify, assess, and address compliance risks by implementing preventive and corrective measuresManage KVKK and GDPR compliance processes, ensuring all data controller-processor obligations are fulfilledOversee implementation of ethical standards, handling ethical violations, conflicts of interest, and corruption-related issuesDevelop and promote anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, including organizing awareness and training programsContribute to the establishment, review, and continuous improvement of internal control systemsPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports to senior managementMonitor legal and regulatory changes, advising relevant teams and ensuring timely implementationConduct internal compliance audits and support external audit processesOrganize and deliver regular compliance, ethics, and data security training for employeesMaintain sustainable communication with national and international authorities e.g., SHGM, DHMI, Ministries, ACI and ensure adherence to their requirements.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience in regulation, compliance, ethics, internal control, and-or auditStrong knowledge of KVKK, GDPR, ethical principles, anti-bribery policies, and compliance systemsProficiency in MS Office applications, with strong reporting and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsPreferably experienced in aviation, energy, banking, or other regulated industries.Why Join UsAt İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, we offer more than just a job; we provide an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing international airport that values excellence, innovation, and collaborationAs a Compensation and Benefits Chief, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our employee experience by developing and implementing impactful compensation strategiesYou will have the chance to work with a talented and diverse team, gain exposure to best practices in HR, and contribute to initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and organizational successJoining us means becoming part of a leading organization that invests in its people, offering a supportive environment, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to make a tangible impact on our business and the lives of our employees.
